Job Description and Requirements
Needs to be experienced in managing a connector CNC machine manufacturing operation. Needs to be experienced in dealing with customers, production scheduling and maintaining and handling the daily manufacturing operations. Individual must be a team player, and be able to deal with various personalities. RF connector design knowledge is preferred. US Citizenship is required.

RF Industries (NASDAQ: RFIL) Aviel division manufactures and distributes RF coaxial connectors to various Aerospace and Military markets.
Daily Responsibilities:
Interface with existing and prospective customers via phone, e-mail and fax.
Interface with internal engineering and assist in product development and manufacture.
Will need to develop, coordinate and maintain manufacturing / production scheduling on all customer sales orders.
Control and maintain inventory status of manufacturing / production operations.
Provide customers with price quotes and order status.
Manage the overall daily operations of the facility.
