Job Description and Requirements
A strong history of working with customers in a business-to-business environment. Experience with radio frequency (RF) preferred. Proficient with e-mail (Microsoft outlook), Excel, order-processing software (Macola preferred).

RF Industries (NASDAQ: RFIL) RadioMobile and RF Neulink divisions design, manufacture and distribute radio frequency devices, software and network solutions for wireless data applications in commercial and military markets.
Daily Responsibilities:
Interface with existing and prospective customers via phone, e-mail and fax.
Process sales orders via computer.
Provide customers with price quotes, inventory and order status.
Interface with internal engineering and product management to provide answers to customer’s technical questions.
Process customer RMA’s & New Customer paperwork.
